Mar 26th
US District Court judge Beryl Howell has ordered Time Warner to hand over identities of 250 subscribers accused of illegally downloading movies. The subpoenas involve three cases from movie production companies Maverick, Donkeyball Movie, and Call of the Wild Movie.

Supply has been low at some stores; early reports have mentioned stores like Walmart or Best Buy having just a few models and selling out almost instantly. Apple often reserves most of the stock for itself to meet expectations, but supply was expected to be larger at some third-party shops. More >
