RockMelt promises Facebook-linked web browsing on Chromium

Newly public startup RockMelt tonight formally launched a self-titled web browser that it hopes will make social browsing common. Based on a concept of frequent sharing much like Flock, the browser’s always-on connection to Facebook both makes it possible to share any page through a single button but also to follow others. The app always lists a chosen list of friends on a sidebar and supplies a quick glance at status updates, detailed feeds and Facebook chat for when both contacts are online at the same time.

IE9 beta leak shows finished look, accurate browsing

Just over one week before the release of the public beta of Internet Explorer 9, a leak has shown what users can expect from the web browser. A short demo of the new browser is available in the video below by the source of the information, who says is in possession of the IE9 Beta installer. This follows an earlier leak of Microsoft Russia revealing a screenshot of the new browser.

Opera 10.50
Opera announced the release of Opera 10.50.They claim that this is the world’s fastest browser.
The 10.50 versions has a brand new interface, making its screen footprint cleaner and leaving more space for content, improved support for HTML 5.0 and CSS3, and added Aero Glass, Aero Peek and Jump Lists support in Windows 7. What can be more awesome than that?
