The upcoming Droid X 2 gained supporting evidence that it would use NVIDIA’s dual-core Tegra 2 chip, according to new benchmarks at NenaMark. The page also reveals key giveaways as to the phone’s profile, including its 540×960 display and its ultimate Verizon destination.

Dell set to show 10-inch Android tablet in mid-June
Apr 5th
Dell’s burgeoning tablet plans could see it launch its promised Android tablet, likely the Streak 10, well ahead of the Windows equivalent. A leak Tuesday said Dell’s talk of a 2012 launch was conservative and that the Android slate might be ready to show by mid-June, about three months before the Windows model would surface. Mar 30th
HTC’s flagship Pyramid has been spotted again in a scoop that has shown it running and also put to rest some rumors. Despite claims it would use Android 3.0, a source showed XDA-Developers proof it was still using Android 2.3, much like the closely related Evo 3D. The confusion likely came from HTC’s use of Sense 3.0, which adds 3D home screen switching among other changes.
The device’s hardware profile in Android also gave an opportunity to confirm the widely suspected specifications. Apart from the use of 14.4Mbps HSPA 3G instead of WiMAX, it should be much like the Evo 3D More >
