TomTom offers up free iPhone 4 adapter for GPS car kit

TomTom is now offering a free adapter to owners of the car kit to mount the iPhone 4 in their vehicle. Kits shipped starting in September include the new mount, while those who purchased the kits before that can claim the mount starting on September 10.

Kno tablet confirmed for end of year, gets cash injection

The investors and others behind the 14-inch dual-screen tablet called the Kno haves revealed some more information on the device recently. It will be “the most powerful tablet anyone has ever made,” according to investor Marc Andreessen. Samsung today attempted to explain why they have chosen to fit its iPad rival with an LCD instead of its vaunted AMOLED technology, as featured on its Galaxy S smartphones.
